Mega Gold Zultanite Signet Ring 1998

A superr chunky heavy vintage signet in 9ct yellow gold set with a huge oval zultanite in a rub-over settings. The signet is vintage from 1998. 

Zultanite is a colour-changing stone that shifts between khaki green in natural light and pinkish brown in fluorescent light. It is a type of diaspore mined exclusively in the Ilbir Mountains of southwest Turkey.

This is part of my upcycled series, setting old gold with fanciful gemstones.
